I want you to be happy with your artwork. If your print arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact me as soon as possible so I can resolve it.

For online purchases, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your print. Please contact me within this period if you wish to make a return. Returned prints should be carefully repackaged and returned in their original condition.

Unless the item is faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the print.

Refunds will be processed following receipt of the returned artwork, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
